"Need remodeling "

"We stayed during the blizzard of 2026, so it may have been a harder time to keep everything clean, but the carpets on the stairs and in the hallways were very dirty, and the door to our bathroom wasn’t wiped down. Breakfast was good if you steered clear of the eggs and home fries and just stuck to the bagels and pastries. Again, that could have been a staffing issue due to the storm. Staff was vey friendly and I am thankful they had lights and heat, and the kids had a blast in the pool, just wanted to be honest with my review. "

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."

"Everything was wonderful! Great staff, fast Wi-Fi, and clean hotel. Also, the breakfast served there is the best that my wife and I have ever had from a hotel."

"Was there during a storm and they lost power. No food or water for guests even though they supposedly offer continental breakfast. No back up generator to keep guests warm. "

"Bay view nice but if you choose „basket service“ it means NO service. TV had lots of channels but were of no relationship to handout in room. Cold floors (no rugs). Right next to hospital (possibly a good thing). Read about incredible breakfast….well increase if you are looking for packaged cheese sticks, boiled eggs (for real), cereal cups, etc. Nothing warm…frankly yuck… Way overpriced for what you get. If you are upstairs no elevator and stairway is steep and literally 2 foot or less wide…scary"
