"We did not get the room that we booked. We booked a king, about 15 minutes prior to arrival, and they said there were none available. We were put in a queen. My husband's 6'4 so he needs the extra length of a king size bed. The room wasn't all that clean. There were stains on the carpet, bathroom floor, bathtub and the toilet was very hard to flush. It's was supposed to be a wheelchair accessible room. While the doorway to the bathroom was wide enough for a wheelchair and there was a shower...
