"The room was too small for 6 people. No space to even open our luggage. We had 2 (3 people) bunk beds in a tiny room. Not comfortable at all."

"I can’t complain because it was only £15 for the night with free shower access and a bed to stay in central London I just can’t give it five stars because I didn’t actually sleep properly due to the noise from the other people, a loud AC unit above me and the noise from the bar downstairs until 1AM. Great value just bring some headphones."

"I was late because my flight only arrived in the morning. Even though I have put that in the remark in hotel.com, the front office staff is not aware . It take them close to 15 min to settle this. Hope this can be avoided in the future"
