"The location and the rooms were great at the hotel. The biggest challenge was checking in, the queue was huge. I appreciate that there was a concert on at Hyde Park, but the hotel should have planned for that and had extra staff on hand at 3pm. The same could be said for room service in the evening."

"Great big large clean comfy room. Would have loved Netflix or the like as i don't drink so an evening in the bar isn't for me. Breakfast as expected to standard with top quality produce. Managed to check in early and smooth check-out. Regular bus to all terminals with drivers who actually will help load and off load the cases. Always stay here when I fly at a bad time. Service quality is always consistent and good"
