"Convenient to highway, great options for eating nearby, ample parking, and close to shopping. Hotel had nice pool. Lobby was large with plenty of space for hanging our with a group. The outdoor space was exceptional with large firepit and lots of seating. Rooms were larger than expected (bigger than Springhill Suites). Hotel recently opened and it's super clean with nice finishes. I appreciated that rooms had extra pillows and blankets so we didn't even have to ask. "

"Tim was clean, jets in hot tub worked, patio clean. It’s obviously older, but is clean, comfortable, the elevators always work and staff is always cordial and courteous! I’m a return visitor because it’s quiet at the end of the beach near the inlet and we love the hot tub!"

"Nice view. That’s about it. Okay beds (comfortable). But the room and rest of the hotel was filthy and falling apart. Holes in bath towels, grime, stains, wallpaper peeling-mold underneath, baseboards falling off, windows you can barely see out of because the glass was so dirty, the pool was green and moldy, exposed rusty metal in the crumbling cement balcony floor, broken, wobbly toilet, cockroaches in the hallways. I hate giving negative reviews but it was pretty bad. "

"The staff was very friendly upon arrival. With it being marathon weekend, they were super helpful providing details on road closures. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint was some mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. Aside from that, everything else was clean upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located along the boardwalk with some great restaurants in walking distance."

"The water would not get hot just luke warm no mater how long you let it sit. There sink facet was wabbly and the there was 2 small pieces of tap on the ceiling in the bathroom. Over all a great and convienent place to stay but still needs a few adjustments since its still new"

"The hotel is in a very good location. Close to restaurants and some shops. Unfortunately the facility had no hot water, outlets were very outdated and hanging off the wall. Curtains were falling off and we had to tie it together to keep it from falling. I would stay there, but come prepared to deal with this misfortunes. "

"I feel a bit generous giving a 3 star review. The building was nice, but I don’t think the person at the from desk ever actually looked at me during check in - not rude, per se, just totally disinterested.
