"Breakfast was fine. Fresh fruit was a plus. There was a mixup on our arrival for a 2 night stay, and we were sent to a room that contained a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom. They gave us another room, ,which was fine. The following day, we were gone all day, returning after midnight to find no housekeeping services had been provided - garbage remained and used towels were still in the bathtub. "Don’t stay here. This place was filthy and felt like a scene out of a CD movie set. People were milling in the hallways and stairwells, and smoking right outside all the doors. I literally felt unsafe going out to my car. Pick another hotel."

"Unfortunately due a 'glitch' on their system I was charged twice for my room, this was resolved after a couple of days. The management emailed me with a full explanation of the problem and how they were going to solve it along with a full apology. We all make mistakes, in the end it was their great customer care that impressed me. I'm looking forward to staying with them again."

"Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it"
