"Everything about this property was absolutely spot on. I really liked the gym and the children's area along with a really casual place to watch games or TV. The room itself had an amazing view of the lake and it was very convenient to get to Park City in about 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Everything was spotless. The check-in was super easy. "This place was in a convenient location for a great price. There was a bit of a hiccup at check-in but the host answered promptly and fixed it. The 2 bedroom was roomy and very comfortable. The property was clean and the pool and rooftop game room was nice. Sometimes there wasn’t very much street parking but it all worked out."

"The hotel has great location but desperately needs renovation. Everything was quite shabby, especially the bathroom. Heating could not adjusted (hot like a sauna when I arrived) so had to keep windows open in the middle of winter. The staff adjusted it a bit eventually. Overpriced. "

"The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable."

"I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me. Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night.
