Upon arrival, we found no member of staff on site. After reading the information on the doors, we were informed that we should have received a text message regarding check in. Sadly being international and having an international number, we didn’t receive anything. We sent an email to the motel manager and also a Facebook message and sadly didn’t receive a reply. We visited the sister hotel, and they helped and provided us with the check in etc.
Room was good. Very comfy. TV signal was not great ( but not an issue as extremely tired ).
Fir internationals maybe need a different check in system?
