"I recently stayed at the Cairns Harbourside Hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located close to the Esplanade and other local amenities, making it a good base for exploring Cairns.
The furnishings and décor inside the room felt somewhat dated and could benefit from a refresh. However, the room was comfortable and clean, which is ultimately what matters most.
One of the highlights of the stay was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout our visit.
The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, but the food itself was fairly average in terms of taste. We also tried the pizza for dinner, which was acceptable but nothing particularly memorable. On the other hand, the piña colada dessert was outstanding and easily the best item we tried from the restaurant.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Cairns Harbourside Hotel, particularly for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cairns."
