"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"We stayed in the annexe for 2 nights. The staff were quick at check in and carried our luggage to our rooms. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great for access to Victoria station, Chelsea and nice eateries in Belgravia. Would recommend this hotel."

"Room tiny but clean. Bed barely adequate - the thinnest, hardest mattress I have ever encountered in a hotel. I am not a heavy and I could feel the wooden slats underneath the mattress. I stayed one of two nights booked and stayed with a friend instead for the second night. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, property was reasonably clean. "

"This facility is for the traveler that only needs a bed and a bathroom. There are no tables or dressers or chairs in the rooms. No extra amenities except for a coffee shop in the lower level and the vending machines for drinks did not work. They were short on pillows and we had to ask several times for a couple of extra pillows. Every time we were out of toilet paper, we needed to ask for more toilet paper and they would only give us one roll at a time. The beds were a mattress on a platform and...
