The room was VERY small and dated, they only had TWIN beds in the room, couldn't get the air con to work, the pool wasn't open, couldn't get a coffee anywhere and the restaurant was closed, I fell in an open sewer grate off the driveway, they jammed the few guests into one small area on the same...

Breakfast was served hot and very nicely presented on Royal Albert chinaware. It is an easy walk into historical Annapolis Royal. Without any hesitation I would recommend the Lark & Loon to anyone looking for accommodation in Annapolis Royal. 10+ /10"
