"We really enjoyed our stay here at The Oakes Hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the view of the falls from the premium falls room was amazing!! We did wish that breakfast would have been provided, and we thought the $50 daily parking fee at the hotel was rather high for paying guests. "

"Wasn't happy when we checked i , they lost of reservation and it took over half an hour to get it figured out. Even showing them email confirmationThey kept saying that they didn't have it. Checkout was horrible. The lady refused to listen to what I had to say.Because we had booked two rooms.But checked out of one a day earlier, and she wouldn't refined the car even though I was told that I would get that back at the end of my stay. The lady was extremely rude and unwilling to help.She kept interrupting me when I was trying to talk. The pool was great, boston pizza was great and where the dance competition was.Held was good. It got very hot in there.So maybe the air needs to be turned on Sooner."
