I had booked a king room as my spouse was meeting me here for a night. I ended up with a 2 double room and they were unable to provide me a king room - not the end of the world. Once I got into the room I had a shower and the curtain has splotches of blood all over it. Otherwise the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You could hear people in the rooms around you and footsteps up and down the hallway though all hours of the night. Most likely won’t stay here again.

Taxi Error
Taxi drivers need to assure which hotel is the correct one as I had a taxi take me to the wrong Holiday Inn causing me to call a taxi again to get to the Express.

Customer appreciation Tuesday not what I expected
At check in they told me about the customer appreciation with free pizza and beer. I had three small slivers of pizza and when I went back for more, I was basically scowled at by the lady serving for asking for another piece. There was lots left over so I’m not sure what the problem was. Everything else was great.

I am sorry that guest appreciation night was not what was expected. Guest appreciation night is a treat for all guests, and we try to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to enjoy it. We do limit pizza and beer per guest, however, guests are more than welcome to return at the end of guest appreciation and get more pizza if there is any left over. I didn’t like that there is no decaf coffee in the room! And no utensils in the cupboards! For this price I was not expecting to bring those things from home! But all in all I would give you a 4star!! Love the shower And the bed!

Super hotel
Newly renovated and very nicely done. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
