"We liked that it was so secluded and quiet yet close to South Haven. It was a little smaller than expected but overall super cute, quiet, peaceful stay."

"Pleasantly surprised at the suite that my spouse and I stayed in. I knew from the booking that the room had a large king size bed but didn't realize the room was this large and had big whirlpool tub in the corner that was so nice to soak in. The room was very clean, the bathroom sizable and clean, and there was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a desk in the room. Bed was very comfortable and the bedding had a nice feel. Did we mention clean? Loved that this great value is close to Douglas and Saugatuck each which have great coffee shops, restaurants, and lots of walk-able streets with shopping and views. And on top of that we were allowed to bring our 4 legged family with us for a nominal charge. Will return to stay here again.
P.S. only downside - no elevators for those that need them."
"This is a remodeled roadside motel. But the owners have done a very nice job on the remodel. The owner calls the breakfast, "Coffee and Carbs". Bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, packaged sweet breads. Each room has a couple of chairs and table outside the door. Great for an evening cocktail but unfortunately, a number of people also smoke here. Close to everything and Saugatuck has a bus that will literally pick you up at your door and drop you anywhere in town. Give them a call, and they will pick you up and drop you back at your room! NICE! If this place fits your budget, I highly recommend."
"Our room smelled as if someone used the in wall air conditioner as a urinal. Bugs everywhere in the unit (127) and a clogged sink. Staff was friendly but the hotel was sold out so we had no choice but to stay"
"Hotel was super clean, bed comfy and had an awesome made to order breakfast. Hotel was in town, walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay there again."
"The room itself was ok, the bathroom is where it lacked greatly. Luckily we were there for an event so we didnt spend much time in the rooms. Didn't get to use the waterpark, but according to the staff the room does not come with the Waterpark pass so that will need to be purchased separately. For the price of the hotel definitely NOT worth it. You can stay other places and drive in to the water park and save money."
"Hotel rooms (suite) need complete renovation. Some areas of the room were new and other areas old. Breakfast area nice and many food choices. Read a review that rated this hotel 8.8 out of 10. I would rate it 6.5 out of 10. Also said it was 24 miles from South Haven but actually takes 38 minutes to get there. Not because of traffic, but route you need to take."
"The owners were very helpful in suggesting possible places we might like to eat. They were very supportive as we struggled without our car for a day and a half. Between the interurban transit and the Honda dealer’s shuttle, we managed to still enjoy the area!"
