"予約してあったのに、フロントでは把握してなくて、印刷した紙も持っていなかったので、部屋が足りず追加でお金を払って泊まりました。その後、メールを見せて予約していたのを発覚。　クレジットで会計したので、本当に戻ってくるのかも心配です。何故かTAXと言われ90ユーロ取られました。"
