"Good value, nice to have a welcome tea and treat. The reception area was very beautifully decorated in a traditional style. Basic but comfortable rooms. Very helpful front desk staff. A great location to get to the train for the airport and the tram, restaurants, and Medina. "

"I arrived at this 'Hotel' and promptly discovered there was confusion at my booking. I showed my receipts and eventually my booking was confirmed. I was also made to pay an amount of 'tax', which had to be paid in cash. I asked why was this not made clear when I made the booking-no answer given. "Receptionist made me pay for breakfast though my booking is for B&B. Two of the desk staff have attitude and very rude. They also talk about the guests at their back in arabic....assuming no one can understand. They also chagred my stay on my card though it was paid online at the end they refunded the amount in cash..."
