"New, modern hotel. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast. Be also had dinner which was ok, but not great. No alcoholic beverages in the restaurant. I warmly recommend the hotel but the restaurant kitchen has room for improvement. "

"Very clean room, comfortable bed, and nice shower. the room had all of the amenities that I needed. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were great. The breakfast was very decent. Location was excellent, right across from the Casa Voyageurs train station, and a mall within a short walking distance. "

"Was a great place to stay. Outside there were some renovations to a stadium which made the place hard to access. The lobby was modern and spotless. Rooms were clean and maintained for the most part. Older hotel but excellent condition."

"Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the...

"Clean room and a friendly staff!"

"The room was clean, but no fridge or microwave. Just a kettle. Access to an iron. Beds were firm. The staff were great. The location was in the heart of the Medina, close to public transportation and restaurants. It wasn’t very noisy. We didn’t have any breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Kudos to Mohamed. Very friendly and kind. Would recommend this hotel. Traveled with a group."

I regret not being able to recall the names of every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff, as they were all remarkable.
