We stayed there for one night during our visit to Grand Canyon. Nice hotel, quiet area with many dining options. Easy to find parking. I should mention we got free upgrade from motel to hotel room what was really appreciated

Simple and clean, comfortable beds, good food options nearby, wonderfully close to GCNP, great water pressure in the shower (no tub in our room), coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. (Note to staff: check the setting. It froze our leftovers.) I would stay there again!

Beware: The Website is very confusing. I booked what I thought was a hotel room, but when we got there we were actually booked in a postage stamp size motel room on the ground floor in a very busy area. We were able to get into the hotel for considerably more money. The room was ok.. quiet and with more space, but then I went to take a shower and found numerous human hairs In the bathtub.. so gross. Also, after we booked the room they sent an email telling us the pool and hot tub were broken! When I started checking, I could have gotten a much nicer room in the same town for less money.

close to the Grand Canyon park... only complaint....could hear person snoring in room next to us and pool workers started working very early.

It’s a perfect location for people who want to visit Grand Canyon or other nearby places. Very clean and close to restaurants. Staff are friendly and very nice. I definitely recommend this lodge.

Worst hotel experience of my life. No internet in the rooms, no cooling in some rooms, phones didn't work, no fridge or microwave available for the guests. Rooms are old and you can hear a pin drop in the rooms next to you or under/over you. Single glass windows with a ventilation above the door that doesn't completely seal. Rooms were too cold and the hotel ran out of blankets!!! We left in the middle of the night to go to another hotel.

Hello, i think you may have us confused with another property. We haven't had issues with wifi connection, all rooms have cooling units and all rooms do have refridgerators, a microwave isnt available in the motel rooms but one is available in the vending area. Please know that anytime you stay at any property and are not happy with the room, contact the front desk right away so you can be helped.

Before we arrived, the hotel was doing construction on their pool, Unknown to us, the hotel gave us a room on the ground floor right across from the ongoing construction. The workers started at 6am, that ended up being our wake up time.

Incredibly easy access to National Park entrance. Staff was helpful, maintenance crew member responded to our request within few minutes!!front desk staff was friendly. There are very limited grocery options near hotel- staff suggested shopping at market inside the Grand Canyon park and that was good advice. Lovely path to walk nearby with connecting trails just a few minutes from hotel.

The Red Feather is a definite repeat for our family. The place looked great, and when we walked in it smelled clean and fresh. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the showers were excellent. This will be our first choice any time we stay in Tusayan. Very, very good accommodations.

This is a perfectly adequate place to sleep. The check in host was rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. (I didn’t know what state was on my rental car’s license plate…. I’ve never been asked that before.) We stayed in the motel part. The bed was more comfortable than many I’ve slept in, but the blankets were thin. The room was small and the bathroom older, but perfectly fine for our purposes. We arrived in the evening after enjoying the Canyon until sunset and then eating supper. Parking was extremely limited. (The check in person was also quite rude while telling us that we probably wouldn’t be able to park near our room and should just “figure it out”). Would stay here again.

Pros: Proximity to south entrance of Park was very close, adequate amenities provided, and the multiple dining options in the area were within walking distance from hotel/motel. However, stayed in the motel portion of the property and would recommend getting a second floor room. Stayed on a first floor room and people above us kept us up all night walking back-and-forth. Can hear everything from upstair rooms in downstair room.
