"I only booked 3 hours before arrival. They missed that. Therefore - upon arrival - the hotel was dark and seemed deserted. Found an open door, went inside, switched on some lights, and called. After 10 minutes another resident answered. He called the landlord, and 30 minutes later we were in our room. Wifi was advertised but did not work properly. Connection only within 1 foot from the entrance to one of the two rooms - the other had none. That is not sufficient. "
