"O espaço não corresponde a nenhuma das fotos aqui apresentadas; o edifício ficava 3 casas acima daquela que era suposto ser; nenhuma foto corresponde à do quarto que recebemos; muito barulhento, não há isolamento de som nos corredores, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos ao lado, as empregadas de limpeza para limparem quartos livres de manhã incomodam imenso com o barulho, as toalhas não foram mudadas diariamente nem reposto papel higiénico, chuveiro e paredes sujas. "I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof...
