Appartement situé au rez de chaussée, sans charme. Obligation de vivre dans le noir dans la pièce principale (rideau tiré) pour ne pas étre vu de la rue.
Manque d'équipements de cuisine ou équipements défectueux (machine à café)
Bruits importants des occupants du 1er étage pendant une partie du séjour. Les autres appartements de l'immeuble appartenant au même propriétaire semblaient nettement plus agréables et accueillants.
