"It’s in a very good location, 35 minutes walk from city centre. The host was super helpful as was the cleaning staff. We had two adjoining apartments which gave us a huge amount of space. The building is old and very noisy though, you can hear every time a neighbour opens a tap or flushes the toilet especially at night. The shower flooded the bathroom as the drainage is slow and the door did not seal properly. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC as they feel a little old and I would suggest bigger and...

"We had a wonderful stay at the Casa del Poeta. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was very spacious and beautifully decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, a 7-8 minute walk to the royal palace and Cathedral and close to several excellent restaurants. The hotel service is impeccable and we particularly appreciated Jose's restaurant recommendations and his help booking reservations for dinner and a flamenco show. "This was the most unique hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The property was meticulous and the staff, especially the front desk, was superb. We loved ending our day at the pool in the gardens. Ride the Louis Vuitton elevator to the rooftop for a gorgeous view of the cathedral. The location was ideal. We could walk everywhere. While, the servers were very pleasant, the food at the breakfast was mediocre, with the exception of the fresh orange juice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay!"
