Cute and comfortable chalet in Gramado
Stayed a couple of days there in May. It was cold in the city but the rooms can be heated or cooled as much as preferred. The lobby has many brochures with ideas about what to do during the day. The whole place has a nice chalet feel to it much like in Ireland. Breakfast was great! In Gramado during rainy days though, it would be nice to have things to do in the Pousada. If going on a rainy day (with such high altitude rain is likely), it may be nice to choose a place with a pool. Otherwise this place is lovely! Quite close to the action of the city and the staff are lovely and handle customer service gracefully.

Ótima opção de pousada, próxima ao centro
Excelente pousada , tirando o fato de ter ficado no 3 andar e do segundo para o terceiro a escada é estreita para mala passar, ambiente agradável, limpo e aconchegante, funcionários solicitos e atenciosos, mesmo que 1 dia, recebi um kit de saída e um vinho , por ter escolhido o hotel , com agradecimento e um biscoito, excelente escolha

Muito boa, retornarei outras vezes.
A pousada é linda, o café da manhã é bom, e o preço é ótimo. O quarto tem acabamento todo em madeira, banheiro limpo. Áreas comuns limpas, bem confortáveis, e bem integradas à natureza. A única observação é que, devido a uma chuva que ocorreu na cidade à noite, a pousada ficou sem energia por quase 24 horas. E pior, devido à falta de energia, também faltou água na pousada, pois o abastecimento é feito por bombas (elétricas) da própria pousada. Ficar sem energia é aceitável, mas sem água nos banheiros não dá. Não tinham gerador de emergência na pousada, nem mesmo um pequeno para abastecer pelo menos as bombas d'água. Procurados, os atendentes se limitavam a dizer que era um evento climático, e informar o prazo dado pela empresa de energia para o reestabelecimento do serviço. Deveriam ter gerador próprio, para emergências, ou ainda, naquele momento, diante da demora informada pela empresa de energia, deveriam agir e sanar o problema com a compra ou aluguel de um pequeno gerador para as bombas.

Decepcionante
Já fiquei em outros hotéis desta mesma rede, e esse não tem a mesma qualidade dos demais. Foi o hotel mais caro, que já paguei em Gramado, e que me causou uma grande decepção. O hotel é extremamente pequeno, apertado, sem elevador, e tem apenas 13 quartos. Quem fica nos quartos de cima sofre para ter que subir as malas no estreito corredor da escada. Quem fica nos quartos de baixo, sofre com o barulho de quem entra e sai do hotel. Quanto ao atendimento, também achei que deixou a desejar. Acordei mais tarde no dia de natal, e por isso perdi o horário do café. Perguntei se tinha uma fatia de bolo, pão, ou qualquer coisa para comer, e a resposta foi de que o horário do café já tinha encerrado. Esperava mais de um hotel com apenas 13 quartos em um dia de natal.
