Muito frio dentro do quarto

Hotel simpático, bem localizado, com funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e solícitos com a famíia, porém a calefação do quarto não estava funcionando direito, ligava e desligava, e estava muito frio. Com crianças pequenas então, ficou impraticável. Tivemos que ir embora poucas horas após o check in.

Hotel impecável em todos os aspectos, desde o atendimento até na acomodação. Intimista e super acolhedor por parte dos Hostess, resolvem tudo e dão dicas sobre o turismo em gramado. Excelente estadia

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha do Hotel Micheline em Gramado. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e sempre preocupados em nos atender muito bem. Café da manhã maravilhoso, preparado com muito carinho. Um diferencial positivo é que quando fizemos passeios que a saida era antes do início do horário do Café da manhã os funcionários do Hotel nos deixaram tomar café com aquilo que estava pronto. Outro ponto muito positivo é a limpeza, tudo muito organizado e quartos muito limpo. O Hotel também serve um café no final da tarde que é delicioso. O hotel fica no centro da cidade de Gramado e nem precisamos de carro para a locomoção na cidade. Adoramos a nossa estadia no hotel e com certeza quando voltarmos a Gramado iremos nos hospedar no hotel novamente.

Hotel excelente , muito agradável e simpático.

De todos hotéis que estivemos o Micheline se destacou não somente pelas instalações limpas, confortáveis e pela excelente localização, mas principalmente por seu seleto grupo de colaboradores e também dos proprietários do hotel, todos muito educados, prestativos e sempre de bom humor. O excelente café da manhã e o igualmente farto chá de todas as tardes, tornam a estadia ainda mais agradável. Certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar e o recomendamos. Agradecemos a todos os funcionários e proprietários, não vamos nem citar individualmente, pois todos são especiais.

Excelente Hotel e atendimento

A estadia no Micheline Hotel Tricot foi Ótima! A localização do hotel foi um dos pontos altos, está no centro movimentado de Gramado, poucos passos do comércio e das principais atrações gastronômicas da cidade: chocolaterias, sorveterias, cafés, bistrôs e restaurantes. O hotel é muito novo, todas as instalações são modernas e funcionam perfeitamente, tudo muito limpo. A garagem é coberta e a equipe do hotel manobra os veículos. Toda a equipe do hotel é prestativa e atenciosa, O café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso. E das 17:00 as 19:00 é servido um café da tarde. Durante todo o dia é disponibilizado no saguão do hotel chás e água saborizada. Voltaríamos com certeza!
