Pros: Staff very attentive and helpful with a few English and Spanish speakers. Right across the street from Joaquina Rita Bier lake. A good spot if you don't have a car. A tour agency is very close. A pharmacy which is next to a 24 hour gas station with convenience store are about 3 blocks away. Very nice heated swimming pools. Breakfasts was simple but good with omelets made to order. Wi-Fi signal was strong. The shower and bun gun had strong water pressure. Air con worked great with no musty smell. Cons: The standard room was bit small, I recommended only 2 people. The jacuzzi jets were weak.

Very busy, work going on outside…. Drilling from early morning to late afternoon. Not what I expected. Traffic in Gramado at a standstill. Will avoid the place… certainly not a place to relax!

O quarto em que fiquei estava com uma mancha de mofo no teto e com tinta por cima para tentar encobrir. A luminária era do quarto era improvisada. Difícil acreditar que esta rede de hotel mantenha desta forma um hotel caro pelo o que ofereceu e pela falta de cuidado com o quarto. Além disso, a internet caia e não conectava a todo o momento.

A estadia foi ok, mas tiveram dois pontos que incomodaram: a calefação é ligada e desligada pelo hotel e o hóspede não pode controlar, minha noiva estava com frio (aproximadamente 18hs), chamei a recepção para entender se tinha algo errado e fui informado que “quando esfriasse um pouco mais iria ligar automaticamente). Outro ponto é o constante assédio dentro do hotel para venda de pacotes e produtos da rede Laghetto….acredito que seria de bom tom ter um espaço separado, algum banner e quem tiver interesse pede por mais detalhes, e não ser abordado o tempo todo na saída do café ou ao passar pela recepção…..

Boa localização

Atendimento muito bom, localização ótima, perto do centro mas não no meio da muvuca, da pra sair de carro quando t trânsito e da pra ir a pé pro centro (10 min). Por ser um prédio mais antigo precisa de alguns retoques, o banheiro do meu quarto era bem pequeno, com a água do box vazando e o suporte de toalha soltando. O quarto em si é bom, espaço suficiente para 4. O ar não estava funcionando, mas fui descobrir no último dia que precisei ligar ele. O café da manhã é muito bom, completo, e mesmo chegando um pouco atrasado eles estavam ainda repondo as coisas e nos deixaram tomar sem pressa nenhuma. Um inconveniente são os "concierge" de marketing que nós abordam dentro do hotel oferecendo a venda da multipropriedade deles, e ficam insistindo. De concierge não tem nada, eles somente oferecem o que eles vendem.

O hotel em si não é ruim. O problema foi a péssima experiência em função da tentativa deles em vender cotas de hotéis. E pior, a abordagem acontece dentro do hotel, com o aval e apoio da equipe. Ficam te importunando oferecendo um brinde para que você assista uma apresentação de 30', mas que na verdade dura mais de 1h30'. Tive que me retirar do local. Acho um tiro no pé da rede Laghetto essa péssima iniciativa. Vocês acham que alguém que se hospeda num hotel desse nível e preço está querendo uma sessão de fotos ou uma picanha no almoço?

Hospedagem ótima, apenas melhorar a ducha de banho, parecia as saídas de água suja, envia jorrava água para muitas direções, não permitindo um banho sem molhar o cabelo!
