Holiday Inn Express Devils Lake by IHG
Staff in sweatpants and sweatshirts. Pool closed, hot tub broke and treadmill broke . Elevator doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in 6 months, air freshener in the elevator was so strong you had to take the stairs.
