"Cabin was clean and the Mountain View’s were breathtaking"

"Cabin was lovely, clean and well stocked with the basic necessities. The road to it is hairy with very steep curves. We found the beds to be hard but that's personal preference. The location is great, close to Townsend and Cades cove, very peaceful and charming."

Read the instructions about navigation directions carefully and print them out. Google maps is useless in this location. It is on a dirt road, wirh which my Mini Cooper had no problem. Look out for big pothole in very narrow road leading up to cabin.Thin 200count bedsheets,I always take my own sheets tho, thin trash liners that breaks when trying to pull trash so I just left it . Overall it was a very nice stay.Did not see any bears but I did find a big bear claw silhouette on my front windshield one morning. "Extremely clean and well equipped cabin. The mile plus drive in was terrifying with blind hills, sheer drop offs and tight turns. We could not come back after dark because of the drive being so scary. We left a day early because the driveway was so nerve wracking. The cabin was great though. Just not for the faint of heart."

"They failed to mention that the fireplace is only seasonal and they only turn it on after October 1st. There are no chairs for the private fire pit the hot tub light did not work the hot tub was not usable until the second evening of our stay and the Wi-Fi was not working until the second morning of our stay. Working with Avant Stay's team to resolve the issue is extremely tedious."

"I have traveled a lot in my life, but have never met such a honest and caring owner of rented property. He has made sure we were 100% good and happy. He put customer satisfaction first before caring just about making money. Would definitely recommend and hopefully will have a chance to return again.
