조금 아쉬웠던 점

청결함과 서비스는 좋았는데 객실의 구조와 가구배치 및 실내 구성이 두마리의 애견과 함께 두명이 활용하기에 다소 불편했습니다. 그리고 첫날 외부에서 시위 때문인지 출입구를 한곳 제외하고 다 막아서 이용에 불편이 많았습니다.

최악입니다.,.진짜 청결엉망이고 직원들 어리버리에 홍천 소노캄 생각하고오시는분 바로 생각멈추시구요 청결상태 최악입니다 사람이하는일이라 그럴수있는데 방을 바꿔도 마찬가지 띵털에 날파리때 헤드부분 슥하면 먼지구댕이 방마다 거의그래요 다시는가기싫은곳 꽁짜여두 안가요

전체적인 분위기는 너무 깔끔하고 좋았는데 이른 아침에 윗층에서 알 수 없는 소음으로 인해 잠을 잘 못잔것과 체크인이 매우 느린점만 빼면 매우 만족합니다.
