"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Swansea. Good choice of breakfast including a welsh breakfast, didnt try this time but will try on next visit. Great sized bedroom. With a choice of bath and shower. Great Molton brown products for bath and shower. Brilliant reception staff who came up to room to check my room key worked."

The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. "The hotel staff were very good, the room clean & beds good. We had a good night with undisturbed sleep & a hearty breakfast. The hotel building is in need of some TLC though, threadbare/frayed stair carpets, the chair in our room needed reupholstering, paint work, woodwork & door frames particularly at suitcase height were bashed & chipped. The overall impression is good though - clean & pleasant smelling, but on closer inspection it is tired & needs refreshing."
