"The room offered was dirty , bath tab , And all floors very dirty had to scrub the bath to enable me to use it. The Television had crackles , picture quality poor and haze in the end I could not connect to any TV channel at all . The hotel safe was broken not able to use to keep vulnerables. Considering that I booked this stay back in September 2025 no effort was made to ensure that I get offered a clean room .
