"Stayed in room 606 from 1st to 4th Jan. Extremely sweet and thoughtful concierge. Voluntarily assisted in sending up shopping bags to our room. Check in was smooth and quick. Upgrade of room was given. Room was clean with a good view of the city. Housekeeping was meticulous. Room was regularly cleaned and tea was replaced quickly accordingly to flavour consumed. Location of hotel is excellent. I would stay again. "

"The location is perfect and very close to city centre. The hotel itself is very modern and very clean. Every amenities in the room is stylist and in an excellent condition. I would like to show my gratitude to the front desk staff (cant remember her name). She offered us a late check out knowing our flight is in the midnight. "Knowledgeable and helpful staff (thankyou Deb!). Everything was clean and tidy and the rooms are as advertised. Not all washing machines in the laundry were in working order which delayed me doing my washing, but this did not have a huge impact to the trip."
