"The front desk clerk was unwilling to move me to A ground floor room, which I was hoping for for security travelling cross country with a lot of items in my car. He claimed they were fully booked. The parking lot was fairly empty and rooms were still available online. His attitude was unhelpful and he very much gave the impression that he was just too lazy to reprint the paperwork to put me in the room I would have preferred."
