"This is the perfect hotel for a short-stay! The room I received was on the tiny side, super compact but designed in a way where it's helpful for guests. Tons of hanging hooks and the bed is lifted up so that you can fit two carry-ons right underneath. There isn't much space to walk around in the room so it's more suitable if you are on-the-go and just resting at the hotel at night time. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. "We had a fabulous stay at your hotel. From the moment of arrival to the end. Customer service were available 24/7. They were warm and friendly even at busy times. They offered us comfort. We had no access to the World Cup football in our room and were kindly offered another room which offered much more room and comfort for me and my two teenage girls. "A very well appointed room near the harbour and the central train station, this hotel was both ideally located, modern and offered restaurant options for the traveller seeking to stay near the hotel. It is just outside the downtown core but we enjoyed walking down to the harbour waterfront and into the central shopping and eating establishments. The room was very comfortable."
