"Had not noticed the detail of needing to check into the restaurant on arrival which is a 5min drive down the road. Luckily the owner was at the property and checked us in. Room was clean with tea, coffee and TV. Comfy bed. Good space. Bathroom was good apart from not quite closing shower unit and shower pole didnt keep head in place properly. Had to drive for dinner as 20min walk which was dimly lit and sound of dogs in woods made us nervous. Dinner was good. Breakfast options were ok."

"Amazing place. Everything was perfect. The only thing that needs to improve is communication about opening times of the Il Cantuccio restaurant as it closes at 8pm despite the paperwork, app and TV saying 10pm. The lady (I assume manager) was so rude to us and many other customers. She lets the place down as everyone else is so polite and cannot do enough for you. The other staff at Il Cantuccio are lovely though."

"The hotel was excellent and very clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially Nikolina at reception and Jakob in the lounge bar. We enjoyed lovely meals at Planika and Bracera and a particular mention to Alexandria who provided excellent customer service throughout our entire meal. The hotelโ€™s own restaurant where breakfast and dinner is served is also excellent with very tasty dishes and again great customer service. Thank you, we will return"
