"Room was clean though the bath mat was wet and I hadn’t used the shower or anything. Also they switched tv providers while I was there and they had to go in the rooms to do this, which wasn’t a big deal as I was out when mine got switched over but they failed to rehook up my tv."

Every time with any employee except for one guy and one gal it was like the end of the world that they had to do there job or they would answer my questions with the most attitude most of the staff seems like crackheads they found on the street lots of claims to have any kind of kitchen tool you could need they would have this is not true tried asking for 4 things in there list and only had one of them and the walls are paper thin and people live here so they are loud and treat it like there home which I understand from there perspective but for someone who is only staying two weeks I would not recommend this place "

"Our room was clean, but very dingy and old. Water stains everywhere with wallpaper peeling off the walls. The breakfast was also not great."

"We stay in a Royal Suite with our daughter and her husband multiple times a year. It is always up to specs every time, and if there is ever a blip, the staff works diligently and quickly to fix it. We usually make use of the awesome hot tub, pool, and patio area and they never disappoint. We’ve stayed at other establishments in Shipshe but always return to Blue Gate!!"

"Nice and clean place. Beds were comfy. Like the 2 sinks in the room. Breakfast could be better. The eggs were barely warm and " rubbery" ."

"The carpet in our room was ripped and looked dirty, and the bed skirt had a big stain on it. It was ripped it made me feel like the room was dirty. They were out of a lot of stuff for breakfast and we were down there early around 9 AM."

"The only thing was the toilets in the handicap rooms were very low and hard to get off of if you are handicap."
