"This hotel is beautiful, I highly recommend it. We were on the 8th floor with wonderful views of the sea and islands. We took Ubers into old town for touring, yet there is also a bus that comes to the hotel that is an option. Walkable to a nearby promenade filled with restaurants, a little uphill on the way back for less than half a mile. The breakfast was great, many options in the buffet. We went in late October and missed the crowds, which we liked. Glad we chose to stay here. "

"Fabulous hotel. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. We had a waterfront view and looked over the pool area and out to the Adriatic Sea. We felt ourselves relaxing here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel manager even phoned to see how our stay had gone. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our seven night stay at the Berkeley Hotel from the moment we arrived. On arrival we were greeted by Elma who booked us in and gave us a warm welcome before recommending somewhere to eat nearby as we had arrived quite late. "First time in Dubrovnik, Hotel Vis made my stay SO EASY and comfortable!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, helping me get to and from the airport, and to and from downtown/Old City Dubrovnik. The hotel room and bathroom were the cleanest I've ever experienced, and the price was really reasonable. The hotel has direct access to the beach, easy walking to restaurants, and a bus stop across the street. Great for carless travel. Highly recommend Hotel Vis!!"

"We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could...
