"Kah"

"We were given a first floor room after initially being assigned to a 2nd floor one. This was done without any request once the clerk saw I used a cane. Cookies and lemon water were available each evening. The breakfast was well kept with attention to refills and help for anyone who couldn’t carry it to their table. Every staff member was kind and helpful. I will recommend this establishment to everyone I can and will return in the future."

"For breakfast they have a rotating variety of preprepared eggs, sausage, bacon, omelettes, potatos, and biscuits. They have a pancake machine. They have 3" cinnamon rolls in a warmer. There are juices and milk and chocolate milk. Also coffee, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, apples, oranges and bananas "

"Bed was very comfortable clean and friendly staff "

"Front desk staff were cordial and showed effective listening skills. As previous guest at this location the Hotel interior and exterior remain modern and well kept. All room amenities were functional. As recommendation suggest Ownership team consider installing (possibly as capital improvement) separate bathroom ventilation fan switch from bathroom light switch. At present the fan can be unreasonably loud which automatically turns "on" with light switch."

"Room was average but great for the price. Older hotel but served my purpose well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was functional for a quick grab and go. "

"Parking was good. Breakfast was not set up in an orderly fashion but food was decent. Water pressure was low and tub is very slippery. Phone in the room did not work. The bed was comfortable and clean. Rooms are in need of a deep clean, especially carpet and tile."
