Excelente experiencia
Ficamos no quarto "Argentina" e gostamos de tudo, já desde a recepção que nos tratou com bastante educação e cordialidade. Os quartos são amplos, no que fiquei tinha uma banheira e lareira muito gostosas. Chuveiro com temperatura e pressão ótimas. Cama confortável. Café da manhã simples, mas tudo preparado com muito carinho. A pousada fica no meio da natureza, incrível acordar ao som dos pássaros. Ótimo lugar para desconectar da cidade e descansar bastante.

Muito bom
Fiquei hospedada em uma suíte. A minha única observação é que o colchão era muito duro. O chuveiro era muito bom. A única coisa ruim é que dava pra escutar a conversa DE MADRUGADA dos hóspedes de estavam ao lado (em outra suíte). Tivemos que dar uns gritos para que eles pudessem falar mais baixo.

Experiência decepcionante na pousada!
Eu e meu marido não recomendamos a pousada por inúmeros motivos: A proprietária não é gentil, não é cordial, não é educada. A cama do quarto é dura e os travesseiros são de péssima qualidade, as toalhas de banho e de rosto também são de péssima qualidade. Eles não fazem limpeza diária, no primeiro dia nos fomos até a recepção com as toalhas molhadas para solicitar a troca (algo que ja deveria ter sido feito, pois é óbvio). Para piorar no nosso quarto apareceu no primeiro dia 02 baratinhas e no segundo dia apareceu uma aranha grande. Referente a aranha eu liguei para a recepção e a proprietária debochada disse: "pega a vassoura e mata". Inacreditável, nós apenas gostaríamos que alguém tivesse ido até o nosso quarto e retirado a aranha, apenas colocado ela para fora, pois, além do mais, ela está no habitat dela. Durante a noite no domingo, ficamos apenas eu e meu marido na pousada, o nosso quarto era longe da recepção e começamos a ouvir alguns barulhos na janela do banheiro, vindos do lado de fora, imediatamente eu enviei mensagem para a recepção via whatsapp para questiona los sobre o barulho, a recepção visualizou a minha mensagem e nao respondeu. Eu e meu marido (com medo) resolvemos vir embora meia noite, viemos para São Paulo com 03 horas e meia de viagem. Não quisemos ficar mais nenhum minuto na pousada, nunca mais voltaremos e nao recomendamos para ninguém. Experiência decepcionante. Nós viajamos com frequência e nunca fomos tão mal tratados.

lenha cobrada após o primeiro dia é absurdo, o quarto não tem aquecedor, não arrumaram o quarto no segundo dia, não trocaram as toalhas.
