"The staff were fantastic, accommodating, friendly and kind. The building itself is dated and is in need of some major updates. The rooms themselves were clean for the most part. It was safe and fairly quiet. It’s right next to the Sherbrooke metro station, making it extremely convenient. I would stay here her again, but I would keep in mind that this place was more of a place to sleep and not really a place you would spend a lot of time “relaxing” in. "very dirty, not well maintained, old. TV didn't work, AC was struggling, bath was dripping and it wouldn't stop no matter what I tried. Bed sheets had tons of burn marks, weird stains. Only positive thing about this place was the staff who was at least a little friendly. Even at this price, not worth it, go somewhere else. My hair and clothes were smelling like cigarettes has to wash them like 5 times before the smell was gone even though I picked a non smoker room. Bed wasn't particularly...

"Staff are sweet and the hotel is in the middle of city really convenient to everywhere"

"Worst hotel experience ever. Even after 4pm someone else’s luggage were still in my room and toilet was dirty. It took a simple code to enter the room (no key card, so anyone who knew the code had access). A repairman sas causing a racket just on the other side of my door after 11pm and at 4:15am a guy kept pounding violently on the outside door, maybe too drunk to remember the door’s access code. The puriste door was then slammed shut around 5:30am. I tried to contact the owner but never even...

"Friendly staff and the building and room were super clean and nice! The metro is a walking distance away from the hotel(2 blocks) so it made it easy to commute into the city"
