"My stay here was simply amazing. Property could use a face lift but I’d still rate it a 5 star for services offered and security. We were booked for 17 days with my family and we were in and out between safaris etc. Affordable laundry services on site , affordable meals on site and convenience to malls etc. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. "Loved the vintage aviation memorabilia, the expansive public areas, outdoor gardens, the hardwood floors. Diana & Esther at reception were warm, accommodating and informative. Chris in the restaurant served us at 3 meals - he must work 18-20 hr days. He made excellent recommendations. Great staff, truly unique property - esp for avgeeks! "Quick overnight between flights that went perfectly. Contacted CS prior & confirmed we needed the shuttle on arrival & there was a rep with Crowne Plaza sign directing us to shuttle. 15 minutes later we were checked in & in our room. Entire staff were lovely & personable. Morning shuttle was on time & large shuttle bus had a trailer for luggage. Great stay. Recommend for the value."

"We were not lucky on the night we stayed. There was a power outage late night in parts of Kenya and hotel’s power generator was on and it made loud noises. We could not sleep well. We understood that it was not hotel’s fault. All the staffs there are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. We will come back after our safari trip and we hope room will be quiet."
