"First of all, the staff here was as helpful as possible, and nice to us during our stay, they were truly welcoming, but this hotel is badly in need of renovation. The hallway carpets were the worst I have ever seen at a hotel, with large stains all over the hallways, and they were very dirty with dust piled up in the corners. Our room was almost out of toilet paper and the people at the front desk tried to help 'but couldn't find any' there were no extra pillows and blankets in the room, and the front desk couldn't find any extra pillows for us either. The reason we picked this hotel was the hot tub, but it was unable to be used 2/3 days of our stay. The cleanliness of the room was OK, but the upholstery of the chair was deeply stained and when we moved the chair there was dirt and crackers underneath. All in all this wasn't a pleasant stay and we won't choose this hotel again."

"We arrived late to this hotel after the 9 o’clock cut off for ordering meals. But the server in bar was kind enough to offer a slice of the lemon poundcake for breakfast, As we had a very long travel day. The room was comfortable and clean and exhibited a historic, railroad theme. The coffee bar on every floor at the end of the hall was very appreciated in the morning. And had excellent coffee. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection and outdoor seating area in the sun. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all our needs. Would definitely return."

"I booked a room from a picture of the hotel inside, and I thought it appeared to be a Jacuzzi jetted tub in Europe. Knowing that I needed one I booked them app when I got to the room, nothing chilled on a picture was smaller. There was no jetta was just a basic tub. How is told by the staff that in the morning there would be a continental breakfast.When I got up all it was is coffee and yogurt in a fridge. I paid $90 to sleep 5 hours.\nAnd the cocktail is okay. The pictures are nothing like the actual rooms"

"This was not a good experience. Starting with the elevator, out of service and I am on the 5th floor. Get to my room at it was nothing like the picture. No sofa, no work desk, no counter in the bathroom. There was an office chair in the corner with no table or desk. The TV didn't connect to any stations. There were holes in the bedding and holes in the shower curtain. I was completely disappointed, as this hotel was not this poorly taken care of last year. I asked for a new room and was denied."
