Third year in a row we stay at Ibis Roomer in Golden Sands, they consistently provide great service and amenities. As many comment -and enjoy- breakfast at Ibis offers variety and quality

Second consecutive (2025) stay at Ibis Golden Sands - excellent amenities and rooms. Breakfast buffet is high quality and variety. This is a top choice due to its proximity to beach and other areas of interest. Also, very professional and attentive staff - will book again.

Really nice place, with a great price and a couple minute walk and easy access to the beach. Breakfast service is excellent with lots of variety, and it's not the same every day. Dinner restaurant menu is pretty good too! Rooms fasting east get quite hot in the morning but there's air conditioning. My only issue here is that all the floors are concrete, so you hear pretty much everything from the room above you. In our case, loud tv and stomping all night. Hotel could do to install some sound insulation or carpets.

A truly hidden gem in Golden Sands! Not only are the rooms clean and modern, the breakfast plentiful and utterly delicious but the employees are exceptional! From the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming “hello” and checked into your room in minutes. The parking attendants are very friendly and helpful with finding you a spot. Would like to thank Petya for her outstanding and exceptional customer service! Our flight was cancelled ,reservation marked as “no show” arrived next day to a fully booked hotel and Petya was truly wonderful and got us a room! She saved the day and our trip and as a result we decided to extend our stay at this beautiful hotel. Many thanks to Petya, Polina, Maya, the restaurant staff, parking attendants and Simyon, housekeeping and all the front desk employees that I didn’t get their name! This hotel has the friendliest, knowledgeable, welcoming and most wonderful employees who have an excellent understanding of English! This hotel should be in the 5 star category of hotels all due to its’ exceptional employees, clean rooms and delicious food!

Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna.

A very clean and modern hotel. Victoria and Krassimir from the front desk were so friendly and welcoming as well as the dining hostess’ and housekeeping. Our room was impeccably clean all thanks to the wonderful housekeeper. Last but not least the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious!! Compliments to the chef and the wonderful hostess’s in the dining hall. They were so nice and friendly! Everyone should be commended for great customer service.

very central and has sufficient facilities

I came with my family. Breakfast was quite adequate. The coffee was especially good. Especially the variety of cheeses and scrambled eggs made us happy. It's in a very central location in Golden Sands. It's a 10-minute walk from the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop. From the airport, you can take bus 409, which runs every half hour, get off at the Travel Zlatnii Pyasatsi stop, and walk 10 minutes to the hotel. The bus ride to the hotel takes about an hour, but it's very good value for money (2 leva per person, but if you have large luggage, you'll have to pay an extra fee). You can also take the 409 bus to get to and around central Varna. You can also buy your tickets by downloading the TicketVarna app. Just be careful to distinguish between public and private buses. Tickets are generally accepted on public buses. On private buses, you usually have to pay cash; tickets purchased from the app are not accepted on private buses. I'd also like to thank the hotel manager for her understanding. They decorated the room for my parents' wedding anniversary. We were very pleased with everything at the hotel. We are thinking of coming again. Thanks for everything :)
