"The room was terrible. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and no ventilation. The room was gross and the entire smelled awful. No towels, had to go to cleaning room to get some. Literally one of the worst places I’ve stayed. Also, no outfits to plug anything in. The front desk was of no assistance on anything. I would give them zero stars if I could!!! The hallways smelled like pot. Checkout took forever because no one was up there. HORRIBLE!!!!! "

"It was just an ok stay. The property is nice, and the hotel lobby is inviting. Our hotel room was lovely, but the bed was not comfortable, which was problematic for us. It was not clear when we booked that breakfast was not free. The staff at check-in were rather unprofessionally dressed and were not overly communicative. "

However, the feather pillows quickly depressed and became as soft as concrete under my head. This made a great night's sleep impossible. Breakfast was excellent and the eating area was spacious and comfortable. "
