"The hotel staff was very helpful and freindly. The front desk assisted us in arranging our tranportation back to the airport which was great. Iceland is amazing and beautiful but booking things can be confusing sometimes. The spa was nice and the hotpools were relaxing after long hikes. Close to everything in downtown Reykjavik!"
