"Owners were accommodating but we had to go down and ask for towels several times. There is a train track right behind the hotel that is active at night so not great if you’re a light sleeper. "

My eyes and my kids eyes and throats also had burning sensations that took a day to recover from. Great Wolf Lodge needs to find a way to circulate fresh air and maintain the warm temperatures while it’s cold outside. Other than these issues the experience was fun. "
