Property is great for families. Close to beach and the pool and spa are the highlight. The apartment itself was clean but a bit dated but it has everything you need to be comfortable.

A nice apartment in a good condition mostly, very clean, with a well equiped kitchen. The bathroom was a a little aged and the single beds were uncomfrtable and jiggly. My concern was with the tenant underneath constantly smoking, making it hard for us to leave the door for dresh air as her cigarette smoke was constantly going into our apartment. It’s not what you want on your holiday. Overall we hd a good stay but would not go back due to the smoking tenant underneath.

Hi Mia We are currently waiting/hoping for government legislation to outlaw smoking in holiday complexes. Currently it is still legal to smoke on deck areas and out of our control. Thanks

Liked the quietness around the complex even though there are a lot of units .The hosts were lovely and rooms very clean and close to things we liked.Only downfall for us we’re no lifts from car park to rooms for luggage offload .

A fabulous place to stay for a week. We loved pretty much everything about this place. Great location and very clean and well-kept. Amazing pool and spa area. The only very small downside was a very noisy washing machine.

Lovely sunny homely unit with gorgeous decorated beach theme Staff were friendly and accomodating As our flight didn’t depart until 6.30pm and room was available for night of our departure they allowed us to leave our luggage and freshen up in room before leaving for airport 3.30pm On the whole a most enjoyable and lovely stay with great coffee a minute walk away Only downfall for anyone unable to manage stairs there is no lift but downstairs units appeared to be equally comfortable

Property was quite spacious and fairly modern and clean, however we made contact with the managers due to the hot water running out in the middle of a short shower and it’s winter! No reply was given not any attempt to fix the problem. How water continually ran out each toe we had a shower so we were not impressed by this

I do not know how this guest made contact to alert management off this issue and cannot recall speaking with this guest in reference to the lack of hot water. Their are small hot water cylinders in all our units which would service 2 showers and reheat very quickly. we have never had this issue reported before.........Thanks

Nice place Unfortunately bathroom light n bedroom lamp not working. Toilet button not there. Fan in lounge no switch. Curtains doesn’t close all the way.

loved the apartment new kitchen and bathroom easy parking, walking distance to beach shops .Staff was lovely upgrading us and putting us on the ground level as my wife had just come out of a moon boot for a badly sprain ankle Thanks very much

Location-great! booking stated ‘deluxe’. Not sure if they know the definition of ‘deluxe’. Main bedroom-no pictures on walls, no tv. Stark. Sharing 1 Tv with teenagers where the reception is poor & no Foxtel (as they advertised). Walls had hand marks, back of doors, the same. No free wifi. Cupboard under the sink had a terrible smell. Didn’t open it for the week we were there. essentials-toilet paper, soaps, washing detergent for the dishes along with a sponge, had to be purchased by us. Didn’t use the dishwasher as it too smelt. Bedrooms along the road -very noisy. You are woken at 5:30 ish every day by cars or garbage trucks. Go to bed early if you want sleep. Again, great location to snapper rocks, but I think they need to remove the word deluxe from their advertisement.

Thank you for your review. We are a 3 1/2 star building and as such do not have all that a 5 star property has. We haven't had issues with tv reception that anyone has informed us of and we do have 8 foxtel channels as shown in the arrival letter given to guests. We are self catering apartments and as such provide starter packs of laundry powder, dishwasher powder, laundry liquid a dishcloth and mini scourer. If these were not in your apartment we would have happily provided you with them. We do take pride in our cleaning and apologise if there were any issues we would have happily rectified them if you had informed us. Unfortunately because of the Commonwealth Games rubbish collection is taking place much earlier than the usual time.

Nice apartment - good location
