Nobody in the reception when we checked in at 2:30 pm. The reception hours is between 9-3. The apartment is riddled by cokcroahes in the kitchen. The smoke alarm has no batteries. Exposed wiring next to the aircon.

Double charged
We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days I was double charged for two rooms instead of one the hotel was notified before staying and we were assured the problem would be fixed and that was almost 3 weeks ago I keep getting messages requesting the itinerarys for both rooms which I have sent to them and nothing has been sorted with the refund of money's or stats at the hotel in the future to cover the costs they just keep replying emails saying to send both itinerarys to verify on there end

Good place to stay - I needed a place with a kitchen washer/dryer and this place was perfect. Right on the beach so you can enjoy the ocean. Included was car port parking and they accommodated my late check-in. Rooms are nice and comfy. 7th floor view is also very nice - There is a pool, bbq area on the roof. Recommended if you need a place to stay and can take care of your own needs. Area has many nearby groceries, restaurants, cafes, drug stores.

The building itself outside and common area is maintained but the room was terrible. There was hair on the wall tiles in the shower, tiles cracked in the base of the shower, the door of the shower was rusty and warped which wouldn’t close properly. The room itself had a surface clean but the tiles need a good scrub. The curtains are stained and dirty. The toilet seat is stuck down with double sided tape

I really liked the location and the size of the room, the kitchen and view, but it wasn’t cleaned properly. The bed felt sandy on top. There was a dirty sick left in the bedroom and a jacket hanging in the wardrobe. I told the receptionist downstairs and he say “it’s not my problem”. I took a photo of the sock and jacket. The door into the balcony didn’t lock. The bedroom door was broken snd didn’t close. The spa didn’t work and the shower in the unit was terrible. It said there was supposed to be an extra role of toilet paper in the cupboard and there wasn’t. When I needed another tile, reception was closed.

Carpet poorly cleaned.
The position of the hotel is excellent. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. I have an allergy to dust mites which was severely triggered within 15 minutes of entering the apartment, resulting in rashes and swollen joints. The apartment was fully carpeted except the bathroom and poorly cleaned. Our stay was for 2 night's but due to my reaction we had to leave after the first night. I attempted to raise the issue with reception but they were disinterested/ didn’t know what to do.

We were allocated 607a, an apartment which was well overdue for general maintenance When I reached for a towel after a shower the towel rail fell to the ground My 16 year old son had to sleep on the floor when the roll out bed that was left in our apartment was broken and was of no use on our first night Eric in Reception was very helpful and organised a good roll out bed for our second night I informed Eric at reception of our misfortunes and he said he would tell his manager….. I’m yet to hear back This was a very disappointing stay

Receptionist was unclear with instructions, didn’t make sense and wasn’t helpful at all. The other residents were noisy through out 1am-9am resulting in no sleep. Very disappointing for the amount of money which was paid.

The property is far from the shops and restaurants. No communication from the property manager. Does not return my call. The front is too heavy and lock looks like it is going to jam soon. Very good ocean view.

Fantastic ocean view. Right on beach no road to cross. Very close to Tallebudgera Lifesavers and their restaurant. Pool small but good temperature. Highly recommend Regency and ocean view unit

Location is great! Room was clean but small and needs an update. Outside balcony was big and a great space but the furniture needs to make it an extension of inside rather than camping chairs!! We spent most of our time at the beach and creek so definitely served it’s purpose

It was in the perfect location. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. The bed was super comfy. There was just a few cosmetic issues a little mould/rust around the bathroom. We also found that 1 garbage bag just isn’t enough. May some comfortable chairs on the balcony so we could sit and enjoy the magnificent view

The location was excellent and a pleasing find. The view was wonderful. The property was dated but it did not seem overpriced. We were a little dismayed at the cleanliness of the bathroom vents and drains, as long as we didn't look we were fine.

A great location for a quiet break away or holiday, however, the communication with management was poor with no onsite manager, no follow up for after-hour problems, and no after-hour service

Poor value for money. 3 bedroom not as it appears in the ads. Apartment not in good condition. Comparable to a uni student apartment that gets a lot of party use. Furniture was in poor condition with tears and not as shown in ad. Seemed like it was furnished at a yard sale. More wall scuffs and carpet stains than you can count. Admin did nothing to help rectify and reception is open limited hours. In summary: overpriced, disappointing, wasted potential. Buyer Beware.

Smelt disgusting and had no Air conditioning. Plus wet carpet and had fan on floor trying to dry it. Plus carpet missing in robe. Never stay again.
