There is no lift & it was up steep stairs. There was no mention of accessibility issues. Would not accept a debit card, had to be a credit card.

The room was surprisingly big, it was clean and the shared bathrooms were also very clean. The bed was super comfy and my room had AC! Very happy with my stay here. Side note: the bagel place (UE Bagels) downstairs had the best bagel and coffee I’ve ever had in GC. So good!

Staff were lovely & the dinning options were very good, either in-house or close by. Parking was right at the hotel too! The room was clean & the bed & pillows were comfy too! As we are in our 70’s,..what was not so good was the stairs to go up to the room carrying bags etc & the ‘shared bathrooms’. But the bathrooms were clean & had all you would need to shower. Overall a good low cost option & much less busy the further down the coast!

The Airconditioning was sounding like it was about to break. No staff around to tell. Then there was a power failure and the windows don’t open so it was like a sweat box ! There was also mould in the room. The shared bathroom was fine

The shared amenities was surprisingly clean however the room windows could be upgraded to commercial grade to block the outside street noise as it made it impossible to fall asleep. It don’t feel safe with all the rif raf occurring all through the night. In addition, the carpets could be changed to vinyl flooring for hygiene purposes as the rooms smelt putrid.

We were outside the toilets so noisy as people came and went. The doors slam shut and there was a drilling noise and drunk yelling at all hours. The air con is very noisy.

Location great! However as it is above a pub it gets very roudy in the evenings/nights. Be prepared to have interrupted sleeps. Rooms can do with an update. Beds were hard and rooms have a smell.

Well, room 6 where we stayed for 5 nights, when we had that bad storms on 31 December 2023 and 1 January 2024 we had to put towels in our room because we had leak from the ceiling

The locks on the room front doors are very loud when closing. Even if you try to close quietly it's still loud. Maybe we were unfortunate to be next to a room with people coming in and out all night but even through ear plugs the door closing meant a very interrupted sleep. No noise from the hotel underneath just the doors.

The place was aight, close to the airport and the beach, but far away from activities like theme parks etc. the staff were rly nice and understanding. during our stay of 3 days we saw around 4-5 small roaches, the bed was uncomfortable cuz the mattress was literally covered w plastic which ig is hygienic but makes the most annoying sounds. Also the area gets loud af, lots of drunk ppl and restaurants doing bts work w trucks and stuff. Overall was good for the price.

This place is a gem!
Nice clean eco friendly stay. Would stay here again although the bed mattress we had we could feel the springs. Love the location to amenities fantastic and beach superb!
