The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom window did not lock and the room had old odds and ends for furniture. Walls were terribly thin and could hear the neighbors on both sides (who both obviously live there). Neighbors closest to headboard were shouting and their TV was loud most of the night. Lots of bugs in the bathroom. Was able to mostly drown out noise with bathroom fan. If I had paid $40 for the room, I maybe would've accepted it all but $110 is a lot to swallow for this overnight. Check-in lady was very nice and there was a full sized refrigerator available. Shower was newer and hot water was great.

The hearing didn't work. It's was below freezing temperatures this past weekend and it was so difficult to sleep in those conditions. The fire alarm was activated midnight, which forced us to get up and go out into the cold.

By far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. There was duct tape over the sprinkler, duct tape over the bottom of the door (assuming to keep the draft out… it didn’t), the white pillowcase was yellowed, the finish on the vanity was peeling off, the flooring was coming up at the corners… we stayed, we slept there for the night, but we won’t go back. I’m sure some people would think it’s fine, but it just didn’t feel very safe. We woke up to no running water and were required to postpone our morning bathroom activities until we got up to the mountain, 45 minutes away.

We walked into our room and saw a huge wonderful tv and a couch that may have been gotten from the dumpster...it was gross. In the bathroom, there was one nice towel and the other one had 5 large holes in it. The bath mat should have been in the dumpster and the bathroom needed new flooring. The room did NOT look anything like the picture that was provided.

I was told by a family member that the place was pretty nice but it was not nice in anyway. Yes it was convenient for the location and I understand it’s in a small town in the foothills of the mountains.. but if they have nicer rooms we didn’t get it

The door and frame was splintered and had obviously been kicked in more than once. The smoke alarm was not only ripped off the ceiling but the exposed wiring was dangling. The entire place was filthy, not only dirt, there appeared treshly dried blood on the floor near the bed. The sign in the room said no smoking but there was half a used cigars on the windowsill. The rooms smelled like a combination of mildew, cigarettes and putrid sewer when the toilet was flushed - it wobbled if you tried to sit on it and wasn’t fully screwed to the floor, the bedspread was soiled and disgusting. There wasn’t any trim around the window a/c so ants, flies and creepy crawlers were continually coming in, not to mention, if both the tv & a/c were turned on at the same time it blew a fuse and we had to hunt down management. Again, I have photos to back up these claims. The motel is unsafe and disgusting. We arrived late and there weren’t any other options at that point. We slept in our clothes on but may have been safer just sleeping in the car. I prepaid when I made the reservation but at check-in, the clerk insisted on running my card. Pretty sure I was double charged, which I will be disputing. Never, EVER book a room at Stevens Pass Motel

This property made my friend and myself feel very unsafe. We ended up leaving and finding lodging elsewhere because it was giving us such bad vibes. The walls were dirty, the room had an odd odor, the mattresses were very old, smelled like pee and sagging to the floor, the fridge smelled weird and the people next to us kept eyeing us when we went to my car. They looked like long term renters.

Had an iron but no ironing board. Room was warm when we arrived so we turned on the air conditioner and kept the door open for a few minutes to air out the room and cool it down. I was impressed with the cleanliness!

The pictures definitely don't speak for actual rooms. It was the sketchiest 4-5 hour stay I have ever had, could stay any long do to the anxiety the room, nieghbors, and general feel of the local induced.

Very cute and nice. Its not a 5star place. But its a nice area and gives you what you need. A bed. AC, shower and more! Its a small town vibes which is great. I would stay here again. We got this because of Northwest Mountain Challenge. And its about a 40 min drive. Which is a lot better the 2 drive home.

Weekend at Stevens Pass
No frills hotel in close proximity to Stevens Pass. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean and provided the basics to get you through the night.

Recently renovated room had everything we needed. Went night skiing and checked-in before driving to Stevens, then stayed the night. Super easy, quiet except for some road noise in the morning, kind front desk service, and close to breakfast at the Mountain View Diner.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room needed better cleaning. It looked like the sheets were not cleaned and floor was covered with dust with multiple dead flies.

Staff is very friendly. I asked for an early check in and that was no problem. The place is older, but our room had newer floors and overall was clean. Even a bag of microwave popcorn in the room. Not fancy, but all we needed for the night.

The property is in dire need of updating. There was a terrible old musty smell in the office. The chairs were terribly dirty, and other than the microwave and TV, everything needed to be updated and replaced. On the plus side, the floors appeared newer and the sheets looked clean. Our son got blankets from the car and slept on top of the bed. He was sketched out by the accommodations. I would drive farther to stay somewhere nicer.

Room large. Kitchenette. You need your own silverware. I stayed here after DJing an event. All restaurants in the area were closed when I checked in. Evidently the staff were having a party at the time and offered me some BBQ, rice and beans! It was delicious and I woke up the next morning fresh and ready to drive to my next gig. 5 stars for hospitality and friendly staff. Motel is older and amateur remodel, however it was clean and no weird smells. Mattresses were a little tired, but so was I. And my over all experience was great!

Be forewarned - this is very disappointing room. Room was significantly overpriced and in nearly untenable condition. At least the beds, bedsheets, pillows were clean and made. Otherwise, if I'd been staying with my wife instead of male friend, we would have NOT stayed there. No hooks anywhere, but several nails driven into wooden posts to serve as hooks.

Hello, 1. The door to the room is coming off the hinges. Like the door literally is falling off the frame. And the room numbers are the same color as the trim, good luck finding your room if you're color blind. 2. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Or under the sink or anywhere. It's cool...I dont need socks. 3. There was was water damage all over the room, the bathroom, the kitchen, EVERYWHERE. The paper tape on the ceiling is coming off everywhere. 4. It's right next to train tracks which you think would be cool right? NOPE. The trains go through at all hours and I promise you will not sleep. Just like that movie Cousin Vinny. 5. The beds are rock hard, the pillows smell like mildew, and the bedding is stained or torn in multiple places. 6. The shower was a special little corner of hell. The faucet knob goes 360 degrees so you have no idea how to get the hot water. 6A. When you finally do get slightly warm water after 14 mins of standing there it jumps between polar ice water and water that is slightly hotter than what they use to torture prisoners of war with. For 135$ a night I expected a little better. Not the Ritz obviously, but not this. Super disappointed, delirious from lack of sleep and my back hurts.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay! For skiers who want back-to-back days at Steven's this is a great option to avoid lots of driving. The room was clean. Check in was easy. Nearby restaurants were good. No complaints and plan to stay again!

Upon arrival the clerk acted like we were an inconvenience, checking her phone and talking to someone in another room. We wanted downstairs room, but it smelled like old smoke so we changed to upstairs room. She made excuses about the smell saying the place was 100 years old, but it didn't matter. The upstairs room was a lot newer but reeked of disinfectant, we had the feeling someone had just moved out so we could stay the night, There were dirty clothes in a drawer, no hot water just warm, batteries dead in remote, coffee pot provided but was filthy and the burner plate was dirty and rusty. and no security lock on the door. Best part about our stay was the restaurant downstairs.
