Avaliação - Hotel Crystal (Goiânia)

O Hotel Crystal é uma estrutura antiga em Goiânia que passou por algumas reformas, mas ainda deixa muito a desejar em termos de conforto. Atendimento: A recepção foi eficiente e cordial, e o serviço de manobrista também funcionou bem. Elevador: Há apenas um elevador disponível, e ele é extremamente demorado, o que gera bastante incômodo, principalmente em horários de pico. Quarto (304): A cama foi, sem dúvidas, a pior em que já dormi. Extremamente dura, prejudicou minha coluna e me fez passar a noite em claro. Isso comprometeu totalmente meu dia seguinte, devido ao cansaço. O travesseiro era fino e desgastado, o lençol estava visivelmente pequeno para o colchão, saía com qualquer movimento, e o edredom apresentava sinais de sujeira. Banheiro: Havia apenas um sabonete pequeno, apesar do quarto ser para três pessoas. As toalhas tinham odor desagradável, sendo que uma parecia ter sido mal lavada, com cheiro forte de perfume masculino. Conclusão: Infelizmente, minha experiência foi bastante negativa. Se você busca conforto e uma boa noite de sono, não recomendo este hotel.

Hotel muito bem situado, cage da manha bom, estacionamento no local, funcionarios muito educados, porem os banheiros em especial os chuveiros precisam ser trocados. Sai pouca agua e espalhada, bicos enferrujados/sujo/entupidos. Banheira descascando e encardida.

Razoável

O Hotel é razoável mas tive dificuldade com os travesseiros baixos e duros. Também o ar split, que é mais antigo, não mantinhao funcionamento constante durante a noite (mexi em todas as funções do controle remoto) mas ligava e desligava, fazendo bastante barulho a noite toda. Nos demais aspectos, o quarto de frente para a rua tem barulho dos carros da rua. Limpeza, atendimento e café da manhã não tenho queixas.

Precisa de reformas e treinamento para funcionário

Fiquei 20 minutos no hotel. Hotel muito antigo, barulhento, e após tomar banho , percebi insetos no quarto, onde fui a recepção dizendo que não iria ficar, me ofereceram mudar de quarto e eu não quis, mas mesmo assim cobraram minha diaria

Provavelmente o hotel já foi bom, porém esta relativamento velho. Um cardapio de encher olhos, porém, nada do que pedi "tinha" resumindo tive que dizer traz o que vc tem.... Ao anoitecer pedi secar de cabelo, pois no quarto não tem, disseram que só no outro dia as 07:30 da manha pois não teria ninguem para poder leva-lo até mim. 05:30 da manhã acordei e pedi o secador, que surgiu na recepção, porém tive que ir buscar, até ai sem problemas, pois o recepcionista já fez um favor de conseguir. Ao tomar banho a agua não esquentava, não havia cobertas no apto, que para mim foi um fator importante. Não sei se foi apenas comigo, mas infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência.

Boa localização, quartos confortáveis, limpeza excelente. Café da manhã bom, restaurante nem tanto: o famoso filét mignon era duro e não nos animamos a voltar. Nos dias seguintes procuramos outros restaurantes que ficam um pouco distantes mas são bons e muito baratos, se comparados com os de mesmo padrão em outras capitais. Se os atendentes fossem menos sisudos tornaria as estadas no hotel bem mais agradável.

Localização diferenciada, café da manhã incrível e o atendimento dos funcionários é bom. Por outro lado, as instalações são antigas, o ar condicionado faz muito barulho, o banheiro não tem exaustor e o elevador é demorado.

hotel muito antigo, ouve-se todo o barulho do corredor e dos quartos ao lado. Parece que ha uma janela dividida no banheiro e podemos ouvir tudo do quarto vizinho. ha funcionarios muito simpaticos e prestativos, principalmente no restaurante. porem um dos atendentes da recepção é antipático e nada solicito; responde quase rosnando e nem olha para voce. é um hotel antigo, os travesseiros nao sao confortaveis, o cafe da manha é completo, e a localização foi boa para mim. valeu bem para uma viagem rapida a trabalho.
