"Great experience overall! Very clean hotel! Very cute rooms!! We loved them! The only reason we didn’t leave a better review is because of the parking situation- we spent about 4 hours of our one day stay looking for parking around the hotel, the staff member kept telling us different locations of where we could or couldn’t park during off times- I’d recommend some sort of instructions for quests on parking if it’s meant to be that difficult."
"We stayed for one night in mid-summer, when air-conditioning was essential. The A/C worked perfectly! The bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location cannot be more central, yet we didn't experience any noise, as our windows were to the back side. We will go there again on our next trip to Lörrach."
"Lovely hotel, clean, helpful staff on the outskirts of Basel.
We stayed here as it was next to the waterpark which we used and if you book through reception you do get a discount on your booking.
The Basel Card is a amazing if you plan to visit the centre of Basel with regular trains and trams to the city centre from Prattln, although the station is 10 minutes walk away.
I believe it would help greatly if there were menu's to both the restaurant and bar. We didn't use either as we didn't know what was in offer.
Please be aware they do charge your card when checking in, which is refunded at the end of your trip....however this should also be made clearer when the initial booking is made. Switzerland is expensive and this messed up budgeting I had in mind."
BERG & BERG Apartments - Bad Zurzach Self-Check-in
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful apartment…well stocked in a quiet area. Only negative was booked for five persons but only pillows and bedding supplied for four, and bath towels for two but we were able to make do as we had travelled with some stuff. We would absolutely recommend this comfortable & well kept apartment."
"The staff was very friendly and eager to help. The free breakfast was plentiful and good. Everything was very clean, but our phone and coffeemaker didn't work."
"Hotel was wonderful and the price was so reasonable. It was in the middle of a quaint fortress old town just a couple of blocks from the Rhine River. It was super close to the train station. It made us feel like we were living 10 centuries ago but yet the hotel was totally updated and very comfortable. Would love to go back."
"Clean room. Good service. Liked the hand sanitiser dispenser in stairwells. Room was very quiet even with a busy road. AC was fantastic. Didn't have breakfast."
"The Herrihof staff were excellent. We enjoyed our two bedroom apartment. It was spacious, with plenty of thoughtful storage and gorgeous views. The unit was updated and had a wonderful deck to gaze at the nearby valley."
